Our Story
Real grooming education, built by people who’ve lived it.
igroomhub was founded in 2017 by respected educators Natalie West (Dog Diversity Grooming School) and Nicky Renwood (formerly Australian Dog Grooming School). With decades of hands-on experience and a vision for better education, they created an online hub where groomers could learn, grow, and stay connected to their craft on their own terms.
Since then, igroomhub has become Australia’s go-to destination for professional grooming education. Today it’s led by Natalie West and a small but mighty team who keep the hub evolving with fresh tutorials, smart short courses, and real-world resources built for working groomers.

As a self-proclaimed crazy dog lady, working with igroomschool and igroomhub has allowed Carly to combine her background in education, and running her own dog grooming business, to train and upskill the future dog groomers of the world! ANNA HARCH
Office gal, co-owner, and all rounder Anna is here to help you with any technical difficulties or questions you may have. Anna updates the website, organizes the organizey things and makes sure all the plants are watered and all the office dogs have appropriate treats. MELANIE THOMPSON
A qualified Journo and PR manager, Mel has been in the dog grooming industry since 2013. Where on earth could she mix the two titles?
