Memberships & Accounts

  • Student Membership gives you access to Foundation tutorials and Salon Styles on popular breeds. Choose month-to-month or a 6-month bundle. Professional Membership includes the full tutorial library, Masterclasses, the Groomerverse, 4 free PD courses, and more. See membership options →

  • Yes. Log into Your Account (top right of the site) and go to Billing to cancel, upgrade, or switch plans.

  • Monthly, 6-month, and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime is a one-off payment and never renews.

  • Yes. We send an email 7 days before renewal. For non-renewing plans, we remind you 3 days before expiry. To ensure delivery, whitelist info@igroomhub.com.au

  • Your payment method will be tried three times. If it still fails, your membership is cancelled.

  • You can change any time. Go to Your Account and select the plan you want to move to.

  • Click Log In / Your Account at the top right. If you already see “Your Account,” you’re logged in.

  • Access stops, but your account remains. You can rejoin any time.

  • Yes. Annual membership saves 40% compared to monthly. Lifetime membership is a one-time fee. Pro members also get bonus PD courses and referral rewards.

  • igroomhub is your membership site for tutorials, grooming tips, and pro resources—perfect for ongoing learning, inspiration, and brushing up on techniques at any level. igroomschool offers structured, measurable learning in an online course format.

Tutorials & Content

  • They vary. Microbites are under 5 minutes, FastForwards are condensed step-by-steps, and full tutorials usually run 15–45 minutes.

  • Short, focused clips pulled from longer tutorials — great for a quick refresh between dogs.

  • Condensed, sped-up tutorials showing the full groom step by step, ideal for quick revision.

  • Yes. Use the fullscreen option in the video player.

  • Our tutorials are created by respected industry educators, filmed professionally, and focused on safe, modern techniques. Paid access means consistent quality, regular updates, and ongoing support.

Payments & Store Orders

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices, PayPal and AfterPay.

  • All payments are processed through Stripe, which meets PCI standards.

  • Not yet. Store orders currently ship within Australia only.

  • Your confirmation email includes full invoice details.
