Yes. Log into Your Account (top right of the site) and go to Billing to cancel, upgrade, or switch plans.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. 2-Year is a one off payment for 2 years of access. Lifetime is a one-off payment and never renews.

Yes. We send an email 7 days before renewal. For non-renewing plans, we remind you 3 days before expiry. To ensure delivery, whitelist info@igroomhub.com.au

Your payment method will be tried three times. If it still fails, your membership is cancelled.

You can change any time. Go to Your Account and select the plan you want to move to.
