Apollo is a 13yr old Airedale Terrier. Alicia is demonstrating a breed study groom using a blade and snap on combs. This is a great way to achieve a breed study without hand stripping.
Part 1 Alicia sets lines in on the jacket, legs, tail and head using a #7F wide tooth blade
Part 2 Scissoring in the legs and feet
Part 3 Alicia creates the infamous ‘brick’ head on Apollo using blades, combs and scissors.
PET TRIM
Nicky demonstrates a pet trim on an Airedale Terrier where she uses an attachment comb rather than hand-stripping.
Part 1 Nicky sets in the body and legs and provides some very handy tips including how to work around a top-line dip and creating a seamless blend from body to skirt.
Part 2 Nicky clips the tail and the back skull and throat in preparation for the scissoring of the face.
Part 3 Nicky scissors in the head for a stunning final result!
